Make Money Blogging

I would like to start off by telling everyone about my life lately. I was a Technical Instructor for a school in Tennessee and was part of an economic layoff. I looked for work but with the economic times as they are was unable to find anyone that was hiring, especially in my field. After a couple of months of playing on the internet and watching TV / Movies I started looking for ways to make some descent money from home. Thats what my hub pages are going to be about.
Over the next few weeks as I have the time I am going to post up (in order) the e-books and e-products that helped me the most. I tried many methods of making money online and bought many many e-books on the topic. I have finally found a couple areas that do in fact work. The products that I liked the most were not the most expensive by any means.
To tell you where I am at right now. I am not becoming rich and I can't afford to take vacations just yet but I am making my bills. I am currently around $90 - $120 a day. I am using MANY sources to bring in this income to put food on the table. I am using blogs, CPM, PPC, and CPA marketing to accomplish my income. I know that doesn't sound like much but when your out of work and wondering how to pay the bills it's enough lol.
I am not going to preach to you my methods. I just want to share with everyone the products that I found the most useful and the most beneficial to me and helped me get my head back on my shoulders. I bought a ton of products right off the bat and it really discouraged me because I didn't know the lingo. I didn't know what in the heck they were talking about so therefore I couldn't understand what I was reading. This was highly upsetting because I was a Technical Instructor. I should know these things. PPC, CPM, CPA, it was all just a bunch of letters. Traffic? I can get Traffic. I don't need to learn that. I was wrong again. It's targeted traffic you need to learn.
So anyways, I'll stop rambling on and on. The first product that I would like to introduce everyone to is Blog Rockstar. It's not an expensive book and it's not a very long book. I think it was 35 pages. However the reading was simple and it was very well written in a way that anyone can understand what these things are and how they integrate into one another. This is the book that really got me hooked. After reading it I could go back to some of the other products that I had purchased and understand them a bit more.
Blogs Rockstar covers topics such as how to monetize your blog, how often you need to be active on your blog, how to attract "targeted" traffic, etc.
You can find the site at www.blogsrockstar.com  For you webmasters and CPA's out there they do have an affiliate program as well I think.
I will try to get back in, in a day or so and write some more about the next product that I found useful.
